The easy-to-install, EN 12101-2 certified EV-AOV-HV 1.0m2 Roof Hatch Vent is designed for flat or sloping roofs of all modern building types. Delivered as an assembled unit, this roof hatch vent provides discharge of smoke and fumes with an opening angle of 140 degrees.
With a choice of lid of either a solid 40mm sandwich panel or a 10mm polycarbonate translucent panel, it provides a contemporary and low profile option whilst offering excellent thermal performance thanks to its 300mm high insulated base, constructed from 1.25mm galvanised steel with a 20mm mineral wool infill.
The roof hatch base is designed to be mounted on the top of a pre-constructed upstand and shall be supplied with a 140mm flange and a 30mm turn down.
