The smoke vent override switch (HE-077) provides local override control of the smoke vent and head of stair vent with a visual and audible indication and is UKCA & CE Marked to prEN 12101-9 BS ISO 21927-9.
Two buttons provide override open, close and reset functions and three coloured LEDs with an audible buzzer indicate system health, fault and alarm status.
The smoke vent override switch is located in the stairwell adjacent to the lobby firefighters’ entrance and is wired directly to the interface panel. The hinged door is secured by a common key lock to prevent tampering and has a frangible break-glass element for emergency use.
This fireman’s override switch is compatible with the following control panels:
- EV-301
- EV-601
- SP200 (ST43148)
- SP300 (ST43160)
- SP600 (ST43161)
Only available in Orange (EN 12101).
