Project Background
The Magistrates Court was undergoing an extensive refurbishment, that involved replacing all boilers throughout the building and installing a new control system. The system needed to control the temperature and hot water services in all areas of the building in an energy-efficient way.

The Project
Our Solution
The key challenge was to keep the busy court building operational during the refurbishment. As the project took place during December, it was crucial that heating be maintained at all times. In order to meet this objective, Group SCS suggested installing the new control system to the existing boilers to ensure it was fully operational before the boilers were replaced.
A Priva solution was selected as its flexibility allowed the new control system to be linked to the existing heating system to ensure full functionality was achieved. Working to a tight deadline of three weeks, we designed and installed three control panels and fully tested the system, allowing new boilers to be installed over Christmas to ensure full continuity of heating to the building.
