AFTER 38 fabulous weeks of Premier League football we can now announce the winners of the SCS Group Fantasy Football League 2017/18.
Launched back in August, our League attracted managers from across the construction industry as well as staff from SCS Group, with a total of 112 people taking part.
Now, we are pleased to announce that the overall winner of the 2017/2018 SCS Group Fantasy Football League and taking first prize of £3,000 is Sam Paprotny, Installation Co-ordinator at Amthal Fire & Security.
In second place is David Connaughton, Fire Engineer at Trenton Fire, who wins £2,000.
And finally, in third place and winning £1,000 is Anita Nalukwago-Sinatra, Quantity Surveyor at Ardmore Construction.
Congratulations to our winners and a big thank you to everyone who took part in playing in the SCS Group Fantasy Football League. We hope you had as much fun taking part as we did! We hope to present the prizes to our winners over the next few weeks.
Every month we presented the top Manager of the Month with a football shirt of their choice so here we look back at who won each month – right from the very beginning.
Anita Nalukwago-Sinatra, our third prize winner of the overall competition, scored an early success back at the start when she won a Liverpool FC shirt for being Manager of the Month for the first part of the season in August and the full month of September.
Michael Coyne, from Envirobuild London, one of our Approved Installers, was Manager of the Month for October and chose a Tottenham Hotspurs shirt.
SCS Group Commercial Director Mike Card made a big impact in November and took Manager of the Month title, choosing a Liverpool FC shirt.
In December, SCS Group Stock Controller Steve Parkhurst chose a Southampton shirt after getting the most points that month.
Also in December, SCS Group Operations Manager Macarena Machado took home the amazing Christmas prize for having the most points overall so far in the season – a flatscreen television!
In January our Manager of the Month was Robert Churches, Managing Director, from EMIS Ltd, who took home a Liverpool FC shirt.
Our next winner in February was Liviu Paunoiu, Fire Safety Supervisor, at East West Connect Ltd, who chose a Manchester City shirt.
SCS Group Engineering Manager Mike Parkhurst took control of the March leaderboard getting the most points and winning an England top in readiness for the World Cup.
Johnathan Peeling, Accounts Administrator from EIAT Ltd, won the Manager of the Month title for April, and also wins a shirt of his choice.
Our final Manager of the Month for May was Tom Clayton, Regional Manager at Hilti, who has chosen a Barcelona shirt.
