Visually appealing, excellent technical features: The EA230-K-50/750 is an electromotive chain actuator for opening and closing windows and flaps for smoke and heat extraction and controlled natural ventilation. The actuator is designed for frame and sash mounting on inward and outward opening sashes/flaps in the facade. With its push and pull force of 500 N, the EA230-K-50/750 chain actuator is one of the most powerful SHEV actuators. The stroke length is 750 mm.
Quiet, powerful and reliable
Due to its rated voltage of 230 V AC, the actuator is ideally suited for use in ventilation systems and for reliable smoke extraction in case of fire. The EA230-K-50/750 chain actuator features extremely low power consumption. A soft start guarantees a low inrush current and prevents a voltage drop in the mains voltage. In addition, the actuator has a soft close function to relieve the sealing. The closing force is limited to the last 75 mm before the end position "CLOSED" and the speed is reduced. With its extremely smooth running and low noise level, the EA230-K-50/300 chain actuator opens and closes windows and flaps almost silently.
Parameterization with SIMON LINK
The actuator can be parameterized quickly and on site via the SIMON LINK software interface. Settings such as stroke reduction and force adjustment are possible as well as maintenance and evaluation of the running cycles. The standard settings of the soft close function can also be changed via SIMON LINK. In addition, a detailed status message can be read out.
Chain actuator with design excellence
Visually, the EA230-K-50/750 chain actuator fits seamlessly into its environment. The compact, elegant aluminum housing makes the chain actuator particularly suitable for demanding building designs.
