Project Background
The massive Gateway residential apartment block project in Leeds has been developed by Shepherd Construction. The first two phases of 256 apartments in phase one and two have been completed.

The Client
Group SCS became involved with this project through Haden Young. We liaised with Rosedale Building Services during the initial design of the apartment blocks.
Our Involvement
Following Group SCS’s design input we were successful in obtaining the order to supply and install a uniJet car park ventilation system to the underground car park featuring 24 uniJet jet fans.
