The Project
Our Solution
Group SCS was chosen to run the contract to supply and install control systems and provide a value engineered solution for Crossharbour. A combination of co-compliant natural and mechanical ventilation systems were supplied and installed by us at this residential site. Group SCS designed its Uniforce car park ventilation system using CFD modeling. 14 mechanical shafts and 7 natural shafts were designed, supplied and installed in all five residential blocks. The project team worked closely with the developer and M&E Contractor to provide the best value solution using lean construction.
