Project Background
Camden Lock Village is a mixed-use development located in the heart of Camden Town.
The project comprises 170 new private and affordable homes, a new single-entry primary school, nursery, retail and market spaces, around 9,175 sq. m of employment space, and a high-quality public realm.

Gratte Brothers contacted Group SCS in the early stages of this development to assist with the design, supply, and installation of addressable damper control systems, including the supply of dampers to the client's design brief/ damper schedule, system wiring, cause and effect commissioning, and associated system demonstration and client training.
Our Involvement
Group SCS got involved in the development stages of the project by designing an addressable control system to satisfy the client's design brief, Des of Ops, and required system C & E.
Our solution
Group SCS designed and installed a damper control system required to protect the lower and upper basement areas of Buildings A, C and D/E as per the recommendations of BS 9999-2008 and BS EN 12101-3 2015.
