Meet Stephany Damyanova, Marketing Manager

Stephany (known to us as Stephy) graduated from Cardiff University in 2017 with a BA in Journalism and Cultural Studies, before going on to complete a Master’s degree in Advertising at Leeds University. She returned to Cardiff in 2019 to begin her career at Group SCS as a Marketing Assistant and was promoted to Marketing Executive a year later.

In June 2024 Stephy was offered the role of Marketing Manager for Systemair UK, including Group SCS. Now, a year into the role, she leads the marketing strategy for both companies, managing their websites and social media platforms.

Speaking about her work, Stephy shares: “Having grown up with not only one, but two parents who are engineers, I’ve always been fascinated by how things work. Understanding the spaces that we live in, the decisions that shape their design and safety, and how they affect our day-to-day life has been a truly eye-opening experience.

“That’s the key message behind our marketing communications — ventilation is an essential part of our everyday lives and our safety. We focus on compliance to help others who navigate the construction landscape understand its importance and make informed choices when it comes to life safety systems.”
