Our Roof Hatch Vent is easy to install, EN 12101-2 certified, and designed for flat or sloping roofs of all modern building types.
Delivered as an assembled unit, this roof hatch vent provides discharge of smoke and fumes with an opening angle of 140 degrees.
With a choice of lid of either a solid 20mm sandwich panel or a 10mm polycarbonate translucent panel, it provides a contemporary and low profile option whilst offering excellent thermal performance thanks to it’s 300mm high insulated base, constructed from 1.25mm galvanised steel with a 20mm mineral wool infill.
