The linear actuator EA-L is an electromechanical actuator for opening and closing windows and flaps. The movement is linear via a spindle thrust tube. The actuator is located in an aluminum tube with an integrated multifunctional groove for individual fastening and concealed cable routing. The electronic load cut-off with microcontroller is integrated in the actuator and thus prevents an overload in the end positions. End position detection and feedback via potential controlled F-contact. Tested according to DIN EN 12101-2 for SHEV application with retriggering blockage.

Powerhouse in a narrow format

The EA-L-750 / 1000-02 has only small dimensions, without having to accept loss of power. The torque tube is retracted and extended via the internal spindle. The actuator has a force of 750 N in the thrust direction. The integrated electronic overload cut-off monitors the current consumption of the actuator and switches it off in case of overload. In this way, a "burn through" of the actuator in the event of a blockage while driving or when reaching the end position is prevented.
