The EA-L-30/750-T is a linear actuator suitable for mounting on building coverings, eg. as inward and outward opening windows, as well as for installation and for function in smoke detectors. Settings of force and stroke can be conveniently made via the programming interface SIMON Link.
On the outside of the case - an anodized aluminum tube - there is a multifunctional groove, which allows an invisible installation and a flexible attachment of the connecting cable. Particularly convincing is the high running speed of the tandem actuator.
High-speed linear actuator with mounting advantage
The EA-L-30/750-T was designed for mounting on building coverings. For an invisible installation and flexible attachment of the connection cable, a multifunctional groove was created on the outside of the housing - a specially anodized aluminum tube. Thus, the linear actuator offers a variety of mounting options. With a speed of less than 60 seconds, the linear actuator opens with a force of 300 N to a stroke length of 750 mm.
Tandem and synchro actuator with overload cut-off
The EA-L-30/750-T is available in a tandem and synchro version. Up to four actuators can be installed and operated parallel to each other. If one actuator blocks, all other actuators installed on the same window element are automatically stopped. In this way damage is avoided.
Additional protection is provided by an integrated overload cut-off. This prevents an overload of the actuator if the set current values for open / closed are exceeded. Faults in the functional sequence of the actuator are also detected by the overload cut-off.
Your benefits at a glance:
- maximum power despite small diameter
- integrated overload cut-off
- High speed: 300 N / 1,000 mm under 60 seconds
- Tandem and synchro variants optional
- flexible bracket sets
- flexible attachment
- Invisible laying of the connecting cable
- temperature resistant
- continuous loading
- programmable via SIMON-Link
Under the Construction Products Regulations (CPR) it is a legal requirement to use only certified products for smoke ventilation. It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure installations meet the relevant standards. For more information see SCS Group’s Technical Bulletin.
