The linear actuator EA-L is an electromechanical actuator for opening and closing windows and flaps. The movement is linear via a spindle thrust tube. The actuator is located in an aluminum tube with an integrated multifunctional groove for individual fastening and concealed cable routing. The electronic load cut-off with microcontroller is integrated in the actuator and thus prevents an overload in the end positions. End position detection and feedback via potential controlled F-contact. Tested according to DIN EN 12101-2 for SHEV application with retriggering blockage. Each actuator maintains the same operating speed under any load. This allows up to four actuators to run synchronously. In case of overload of one of the interconnected actuators, the whole actuator group is switched off.

The linear actuator EA-L-1000/300-S not only convinces with its stability. Its technical features are also convincing across the board. The motor is protected in an aluminum tube with integrated multifunction groove. This makes possible a versatile and flexible fastening technology as well as an almost invisible laying of the connecting cable.

Integrated overload cut-off with maximum power

Despite its small diameter, the linear actuator EA-L-500-1000 / 300-S brings a high level of power. The torque tube is moved in and out with 1,000 N in the direction of thrust via the internal spindle. The integrated electronic overload cut-off monitors the power consumption of the actuator. In the event of overload, the load shutdown switches off.

Speed-controlled synchro actuator

The linear actuator EA-L 1000/300-S is a synchro actuator. Up to four actuators can be connected in parallel. The actuators are speed-controlled. In the event of overload of one of the connected actuators, a connecting core ensures that the actuator group is switched off (combination up to a maximum of 4 hours). An integrated synchronization control guarantees a uniform opening of large or unstable flaps.
