The EV-101DC Damper Interface Panel is a dedicated solution for powering and monitoring fail-safe and smoke control damper actuators. Designed for dependable system performance, it can operate as a standalone unit or integrate into an addressable damper control system, providing flexibility across natural ventilation, damper control, and smoke control applications.
Equipped with continuous monitoring, the panel provides real-time indication of damper position and operational status through clear visual indicators. A built-in self-test function automatically exercises the damper to verify correct operation and identify faults, helping to simplify maintenance and support reliable long-term performance.
The EV-101DC supports two operating configurations:
- Standalone Mode – triggered directly by a connected smoke detector or fire alarm interface.
- Addressable Mode – integrated with the EV-DCP-N damper control panel and operated in response to programmed cause-and-effect logic.
For resilience, the panel accepts an 85-253V AC input and includes a 24V DC back-up input. It provides a 24V DC, 0.8A output for connected damper actuators. The standard EV-101DC is housed in a compact IP66-rated ABS enclosure with a light grey RAL 7035 finish and weighs 0.9kg.
For applications requiring extended fire survival, the EV-101DC-HBV version includes an IP55-rated thermal Hotbox enclosure manufactured from FabBloc insulating material. The Hotbox provides fire survival at 300°C for 90 minutes, independently witnessed by Lloyd’s Register, and has a total weight of 5.6kg including the panel.
