When to use linear actuators

Electric linear actuator
Electric linear actuators, also known as spindle actuators, are driven by a worm gear mechanism.
Rack and pinion actuator
The rack and pinion actuator uses a rack mechanism to drive it open.
Electric linear slide actuator
The electric linear slide actuator is uniquely mounted on the side closing edge of windows. This enables larger opening angles with shorter opening strokes. As it is mounted on the side closing edges of windows, it is aesthetically less obtrusive than a typical mounting arrangement.
