Project Background
Caspian Wharf is a stunning new waterside development located on the banks of the Limehouse Cut Canal in Bow E3. This new build development consists of a mix of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses set across two sites separated by Violet Road. Many of the apartments boast stunning views of Canary Wharf, the City of London or the central landscaped courtyards and gardens.
The Project
Our Solution
Group SCS project managed the installation of all 3 systems saving time and money for the client. The BMS included an energy centre controlling the plant in the development including gas boilers, pressure units, thermal stores, cold water booster sets, ventilation of plant areas and gas safety system. This was achieved with a Trend IQ3 control system. The electrical installation was also provided by us.
