Welcome to the Approved Contractor Network!

We are thrilled to have you on board as an Aftercare Provider and would like to provide you with some important information to get you started. On this page, you'll find a step-by-step outline that will help you make the most out of being an Aftercare Provider.
Step 1: Book your Aftercare Provider Training

Please remember that completing the Aftercare Provider training is mandatory. At least one member of your staff has to attend the one-day training course in our Technology and Training Hub in Cardiff, which costs £550 per person per day. You have 3 months to attend the course, starting from the date you sign the Framework Agreement.

When you’re ready to book, please follow this link to let us know how many staff members will be attending. Upon submitting the form, you will be redirected to our shop where you can pick a date for your training and complete the course purchase.

Who should attend this course?

The course covers routine maintenance and refurbishment of residential smoke control systems, particularly natural smoke ventilation systems. It’s ideal for:

  • Estimators
  • Compliance managers
  • Service managers
  • Commissioning engineers
Step 2

Add our partner logos to your website

Adding the Aftercare Provider logos to your website shows you’re partnering with a top provider of smoke control systems and proves you’re all about quality work and professionalism. Plus, promoting our partnership can impress potential clients who are looking for reliable and trustworthy contractors in their area.

Step 3

Request an Approved Contractor Website Account

To get the full range of benefits that come with being an Aftercare Provider, you need to let us know what email you’ll be using to log into the website and shop online. We’ll grant you access to the extra features available to our Approved Contractors, such as an exclusive area of our website full of resources and a pay-by-invoice option at checkout.

Step 5

Book Free Training for your Team

Delivered online or at your premises
