Project Background
The new Williamstown Primary School opened its doors to pupils last year. The new school has 12 classrooms plus a Special Educational Needs Unit and includes a hall, community room, IT facilities, library, soft play and Eco-study areas. The community facilities include changing rooms and a new football field. The multi-function hall will provide space for concerts, school fetes and open days as well as normal school functions such as assemblies, dining and PE lessons.
The Project
Our Solution
Group SCS’s integrated the natural ventilation in the heart of the building onto the BEMS system which reduced the costs of the installation and increased the functionality and monitoring of the ventilation. We also installed an EnDat energy display system which monitors the energy and teaches the school users about energy usage.
