Investors In People
We were delighted to be awarded the Investors in People (IIP) We invest in people Gold accreditation for the second time in the summer of 2020.
We were first accredited with the Investors in People (IIP) standard in 1999 and have now held our IIP accreditation for over 20 years with our first three-year Gold accreditation being awarded in 2017.
Achieving a Gold accreditation – which only 17% of organisations achieve – means as a company we’ve got the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from Managing Director to apprentice – takes ownership for making them come to life.

Building Good Employer Guide
Group SCS has been included in the guide in five different years (2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2017) and can be compared to other large national companies such as Mace.
The competition is judged by industry experts who look for companies that show they consider employees’ personal welfare and development including motivation, training, and pastoral care. As companies look to expand globally and adapt to the pressure of the new economic climate these areas are becoming more significant.
