Outline of Role

Working closely with the Regional Manager, this is a new role to help grow sales in the Midlands region through our existing strong customer relationships and developing a small number of new strategic customers.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for taking projects from enquiry through to commissioning and on-going maintenance.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing customer relationships.
  • Preparation of proposals for new projects.
  • Design of BMS and related systems.
  • Project management including procurement, supervision, and financial control.

Candidate Credentials

We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to deliver positive outcomes for our clients on a range of projects, from high-rise residential, to care homes, to retail developments.

Qualifications

Must be trained and experienced in one of the major BMS manufacturers, preferably Trend, with the ability to commission and programme.

Advanced HVAC knowledge.

Electrical qualification preferred.

Experience

Ideally, 5 years’ experience in a project management role.
