Jenny Slocombe is responsible for arranging the Commissioning Engineers’ diaries and does this by liaising with Project Managers to organise labour. Jenny also ensures the correct paperwork is received, signed and processed for each job and authorises timesheets.
Jenny’s progression to SCS Group began when she studied a Business Studies with HR degree at UWIC, having completed GCSEs and A-levels at high school. After that she joined Persimmon Homes as a Customer Care Administrator, before progressing to the role of Customer Care Manager responsible for a team of Administrators and Maintenance Operatives.
She said: “I became more involved in dealing with the complaints which were received, ensuring KPIs were met, meeting customers, sub-contractors and suppliers to improve our service.”
Jenny is based at SCS Group’s Cardiff headquarters, but often attends our London office for meetings.
In her spare time, Jenny enjoys fitness and likes going to the gym, circuits, swimming and cycling. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.
