We offer bespoke and modular smoke control solutions, as well as Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) and our own online shop selling a range of smoke control products. We have expert knowledge of the industry and the building standards required, ensuring our work is fully compliant.

We are an expert provider of smoke control systems and BEMS, offering both bespoke and modular standardised solutions with safety at their core.

We are a member of the Smoke Control Association (SCA) and have achieved IFCC SDI19 certification – a condition of membership of the SCA. We believe that third party certification is an important step in raising the levels of competency within the industry.

Over our 30+ years in the industry, we have worked on thousands of complex UK construction projects including high-rise residential buildings, hotels, schools and shopping centres. Our in-depth knowledge of the smoke control industry has paved the way to innovation and given us the expertise required to handle projects of any scope.

We have our own factory

We manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of control panels and equipment for use on BEMS, smoke control and natural ventilation systems at our factory in Wimborne. We produce a range of prefabricated products – putting products together at the factory, ready for them to be transported to construction sites fully tested.

We put Health and Safety first

Our very own SHEQ Officer Chesney Smith ensures that Group SCS meets compliance and regulatory factors relating to policies and procedures under ISO standards, HSE regulations and guidelines and drives continuous improvement within these areas. Our SHEQ Officer also visits our sites to perform regular health and safety checks.

Where We Work

Our project management teams are based across the UK and in most cases are local to site.
We can work with you locally to ensure every little detail from pre-construction through to aftercare and servicing is executed to perfection. Additionally, we have our Approved Installer Network which is made up of contractors who have undertaken the Group SCS training course and are certified to operate and install our standardised modular systems.
